From The North -
Take junction 20 A74M onto B722 towards Annan. On the sharp right-hand bend turn left for Kirtlebridge. Continue 200 yards, road forks to right, continue for one mile and Broadlea is situated on your left.
From The South -
Take junction 21 A74M onto the B7076, through the village of Kirkpatrick Fleming. Continue on B7076 for approx. 2 miles until you see a blue sign, turn left under the railway bridge, over the river junction at top of the hill. Turn right and Broadlea is the first cottage on the right.
